max — Plugins — 61 MB ThinkingParticles™ is one of cebas’ flagship plugins widely known for its fully procedural and physically accurate, real world destruction and special effects simulations in the movie industry.
Countless blockbuster movies and projects have depended on thinkingParticles’ limitless ability to portray advanced physics-based particle effects that are simply mind-blowing!
Now, entering the world of fully procedural fluid dynamics and soft body simulations; thinkingParticles Release 6.2 covers almost any and all possible scenarios of, what is known as, the “multi-physics” effects.
What is the multi-physics effects? It means artistic license to create and re-create countless combined simulations involving fluid dynamics, soft bodies and rigid bodies in multiple actions, down to a realistic particle level

Doesn't feel like he really is asking for old downloadIt is still possible to find final render 3.6.0.2 for max 2013-2015(2016)x64 on the net, google or duckduck it.Be carefull, you may find some virus, if the file is 2-3 Mo, it's a virus. The correct file should be around 160Mo.The 2015 version also works with max 2016. Beyond that, nothing. It is the unlimited demo version, it has all the feature of commercial version except distributed rendering and personnal customisation, and it is watermarked.A crack is provided to remove it but not for final toon. I have struggle a lot about it and it is impossible to find except if you have an account on.
which is more or less impossible for newcomer.Luckily, i was able to remove it.It is not an installer, so you have to know where to put the files and what to add in max so max will load it.And you can find thinking particles 6.4 for max 2016 on this forum.Same thing, you have to know where to put the files.Apart from these 2, i don't see any other plugin from cebas you may want. I'm wondering. Is it just an impression or is there really almost no cebas plugin crack release since 2012?I have stuck with 3dsmax 2011 for several years and decided to upgrade when i realized i couldn't simulate properly water particles under 2011 one year ago. What made me choose which version i should upgrade to are cebas plugins. A cracked demo of final render 3.6 usable with 2016, and the release of Thinking Particles 6.4 wich was shared apparently only for version 2016. I wanted to simulate water, and thinking particles seemed to be the thing i wanted without being heavy. So, i'm wondering. I did not really follow cgi news over the years, but feel like i can see release of cracked vray everywhere(or am i seeing illusion?). But almost nothing about final render and thinking particles. Final render is not even listed with top renderer when looking for that kind of thing on google.I have began to play with thinking particles this year, and it is just an amazing tool.
It goes far beyond what we would expect from a particles utility. No need for FumeFX nor Rayfire when thinking particles is mastered.
Rayfire may have some little things hard to reproduce with thinking particles.I'm surprised to found so few source about it.I would love to have final render 4 and thinking particles 6.6(or at least 6.5) for max 2016.I know that final render 4 is completly different from final render 3, but i still think it would suit me.Being apparently the dominant of the field, after so many year, i have finally decided to try vray. And it is no good for me. I'm looking for good enough result with fast rendering, and vray(3.6.hu!!!! Amusing XD 3.6 vs 3.6) is just too slow compared to final render.
No matter how i configured it, it never outrun final render with similar setting and image quality.(i did not try a huge scene for testing)What happened? Cebas tools seems to be still very used in movie industry.Do people hate cebas?
Is it maybe because those are exclusive tools for 3dsmax? Well I guess you better start saving up then. V-Ray is the number one for me. Far as I am concerned, Final Render and Cebas for that matter died a long time ago. You just don't hear people talking about it that much. Much like they don't talk about Maxwell Render or Mental Ray either.
So while it may be amazing to some and may well be certain folks render engine of choice, it just doesn't seem to have the popularity of V-Ray or Corona (pretty much one and the same thing now they are slowly becoming more and more compatible with one another)While you say it is used in the movie industry, that may be so, but where is the praise for it, that the 'number one' V-Ray received recently. OK so Final Render like so many others, obviously has it's followers and I remember back many many years ago, when I first played with it, as I have done with many of the render engines, from the days of POV-Ray onward. But I doubt it is ever going to gain a large enough following to make the huge customer base that V-Ray and Corona has, decide to switch.Build the right system and V-Ray is just as fast and capable of real time rendering as Final Render and any of the others. That's the biggest problem with many people, is saying a piece of software is not as fast as xxxxxxx. What most forget is that speed replies more on the system you are running it on, than the code within itOne thing Final Render also has against it is the almost 300 euros per year subscription and what's this all about 'This License allows you to use all the CPU cores installed on your system. Up to 2 CUDA GPU Cards can be used in addition to the CPU cores for Rendering' Is that some sort of joke. If I've got a box with 20 GPU cards sitting in it, connected to my PC, I can only use TWO of them, so the other 18 would be a waste of money.

Forget it, If my system has 20 GPU cards, V-Ray would let me use ALL of them and the CPU on topI'll be sticking with V-Ray Next thanks and I'm looking forward to giving V-Ray Cloud a test run too. I agree with Andy47 - V-Ray Next is the way to go, upgraded my license from v3.x and I'm satisfied with it!
Corona is also a very good renderer!Regarding fR, it's a good renderer, but it's not used as much as V-Ray!Regarding TP, I would suggest that you buy a 3-year student license, it will only cost you $149 (for 3 years, with full support and updates). WELL worth it in my opinion due TP is the top best plugins for 3ds max all time, nothing can or will compete with it for what it's capable of, it's a bit of a learning curve, but when you get hold of it, you can't even think of other plugins like Lucid, PullDownIt, RayFire and more, those plugins are just 'TP wannabe's' and way less useful (depending of what you want to do). If you want accurate simulations and realistic shots, go for TP.
Click to expand.I think i have already read the same thing somewhere else in the forum, probably from you as well.I need to know more about this because it doesn't make any sens to me.Why would a software run faster than one it was slower against when upgrading the hardware? The other one should also benefit from the upgraded hardware. Unless one benefits from coding using new set of instructions from hardware faster than old one.Or do you mean the difference between them become more and more insignificant as the hardware become more powerfull?
As i think, Thinking particles seems to be the best of the best, i don't know and i don't think there is any true equivalent out there for max.I think i have already read the same thing somewhere else in the forum, probably from you as well.I need to know more about this because it doesn't make any sens to me.Why would a software run faster than one it was slower against when upgrading the hardware? The other one should also benefit from the upgraded hardware. Unless one benefits from coding using new set of instructions from hardware faster than old one.Or do you mean the difference between them become more and more insignificant as the hardware become more powerfull? Click to expand. You think it doesn't make sense to you but it does. You already answered a part of your questions- Newer and more efficient instruction sets will speed up a program, assuming it's using them of course.- Upgraded hardware will always speed up any program (faster cpu clock, memory). Even more so, the ones that take advantage of the hardware. Things like multi-core systems will benefit a lot a multi-threaded program but not as much a single-threaded one.The 'why would something run faster with newer hardware if it was slower before', depends on the program's code and is answered by my 2nd point.e.g.
You have a great multi-threaded program that runs slower than a great single-threaded one.If you run them on a single core system, the single-threaded one will behave better since it was optimized for this type of processor. The multi-threaded one will stay behind because of the multi-threaded code overhead that's wasted. You put both programs n a multi-core system, and the single-threaded one will eat the dust of the multi-threaded one.And haven't even considered the effect of faster graphics in the new hardware, SSD disks and what not.Top hardware is a pretty good equalizer of programs. Speed differences will exist but you wouldn't care. Nothing makes sense, when trying to compare render engines, graphics cards, CPU's. To be honest, at least for me it's pointless. You use what works for you, stop listening to people that tell you you should get this and get that and just get you work done and get paid. I've been using Vray commercially, since 2010, when I started working in Arch Viz.
And believe me, the client doesn't give a monkeys what you use, all they care about is getting their money's worth, as far as images/videos is concerned. Every render engine has it's followers as I said, but some have a huge user base, better customer service. Some listen to their users Chaos Group for one, others just pump out whatever they think the users want Autodesk, has been doing that for a long time now.
It doesn't matter one bit really, what you or someone else thinks is the best. Sure I love V-Ray, others love Corona, some want both, so they get all the features in one package (it's coming), but V-Ray and Corona are not the be al and end all of the render engine business, if that was the case, why are there so many others to choose from. Competition is a good thing. But while we have a large number of other render engines to choose from, like I say, saying Final Render is faster, is poinless. On your system maybe it is, but if someone using Vray-Next on a 20 GPU + system, shows you how fast it can go, you and Final Render and it's only 2 GPUS plus your CPU, are going to fall behind very quickly. It's al about how far you are wiliing to go, to show how fast you can render a scene.
Just remember 'speed kills' quality will always win out. Don't make to much of reviews and statistics, just go with what you are comfortable with, what works well for you and as long as you can produce the quality a client asks for, it desn't matter how you achieved it.Plenty of folk out there producing amazing stuff, using all sorts of software/ render engines, cpu/gpu and of course skill. I am not telling you to go with V-Ray or any other engine for that matter, I'm just saying, that because Final Render, doesn't have the huge user base of others like V-Ray / Corona etc, it's not getting the attention of those that supply it (if you know what I mean) hence the lack of posts, threads discussing the latest versions, just the odd one now and again, such as this, from users that just don't understand why it is being ignored for so long. Click to expand.and insanely expensive too. But was just an example. It's also the insane cost of actually getting your hands on a legit Final Render 4. No way would I pay for it, only to find after a year, not wiling to payu another 294 + 294, that I can no longer use it.
Fine if you just don't get any more updates or customer support, but losing use of the software too is not good. Obviously targeted at large companies or people with more money than sense.Far as I am aware, V-Ray would have no problem using as many GPU's as you could throw at it, without having to pay more for the privilege, but I seriously doubt many of us could possibly afford to set up a system that has more than say 3 or 4, certainly when talking of the high end Nvidia cards.Final Render 294 euros for workstation licence, for one year. All your CPU cores and up to two GPU'sAdd another 294 euros and yes you can use unlimited number of GPU's in or attached to the workstationSo 588 euros (£525, $689), every year, just to get more than 2 GPU's up and running and you stop paying and you can't use it anymoreV-Ray Next, cost me 402 euros (£360, $472) to upgrade from V-Ray 3.60.04, a one off fee (permanent licence), and includes all minor updates, and it doesn't become unusable, if I decide to not upgrade, when the next major release comes along. In fact V-Ray Next was the first major upgrade that Choas Group had users pay for,at least that's what they said.So for me V-Ray makes sense not only for the support, and the user base, but most definitely financially.
